description

Mediums: oil, canvas.
Location: the Vilnius Art Museum (Lithuania).

Briefly about the painting:

Three female nudes were painted in a semi-cubist style typical of the artist. The bodies of three women do not accidentally have different shades of yellow, pink and green colors. The characters are in different planes. The viewer can see the figure standing in the foreground as the most natural one. The seated model with her back turned is in the shade and next to the pond. Finally, in the background, the departing figure looks pink due to the hot air surrounding it. So with the help of the most delicate nuances of the palette, the artist characterized the summer beach, which is framed by blocks of light blue geometric elements.
