Third skelett

author

Brignoni Serge

description

Mediums: bronze.
Location: private collection.

This interior sculpture is a complex configuration made up of individual parts of some creatures. The viewer can count several pairs of legs, identify three skeletons, as the name indicates. However, in general, the work looks like randomly sketched twisted pieces of scrap metal. This impression is enhanced by the roughness of the surface, which resembles the work of Albert Giacometti, who was Brignoni‘s friend in Paris. The last time the sculpture was exhibited at an art auction in 2016.
