Location: The Tate Modern Gallery, London (the UK).

In this large vertically oriented picture, we can see the elliptical surface of the table, the leg of which is half drawn. Behind it, there are figures fragmented, intersecting and merging with a spotty gray-brown and purple-white background. The central figure with a dark body has a semblance of an ominous smile in the face area, revealing a set of small white teeth. The author combines subtly applied shades of black and white colors of varying intensity, thereby creating the effect of shimmering shadows and dim light. This technique conveys the feeling that the scene is seen only partially, and the dark lines are added to the stains of paint in order to demarcate the edges of the table and the vague outlines of forms similar to the opaque short duration of smoke.
