description

Located on the roof of the Neumarkt Galerie shopping center, Cologne, Germany.

Stainless and galvanized steel, fiber-reinforced plastic, wood, polyester paint.

The composition depicting a fallen ice cream cone is interesting because it is located not on the ground, as it should be, but on the roof of a modern building. The idea to create such an original sculpture came from the owners of the shopping center, who decided to draw attention to their building in such an unusual and authentic way. It seems that the huge cone of ice cream accidentally fell out of the giant’s hands and hit a corner of the building. The object is located a little at an angle so that it seems that if the ice cream melts a bit in the sun, it will fall right on the passers-by on the busy streets of the big city.
