description

Mediums: metal construction.
Location: Olympic Park, London, the UK.

The metal red tower with viewing platforms was created for the 2012 Olympics, which took place in London. The height of the structure is 115 meters, which makes it the highest sculpture in Britain. The tower has an unusual asymmetric shape, which creates a deceptive impression that it is unstable and can even collapse at any time. In addition to the fact that Orbit reminds the residents of London of the past Games, it has recently also been an attraction where everyone can go down from the platform in special trailers.
