The house was built without foundations, it was placed on a concrete slab.

It is cruciform in plan. The main dominant is the fireplace, located in the center of the house, as its unifying beginning.

Glazing occupies a large area, connecting the house with the environment.

The roof is very flat. The cornices have a large overhang, contributing to protection from the weather.

Natural materials are used in the decoration.
