About the painting:

A large-format surrealistic canvas created by the 18-year-old artist is a densely populated and built-up fantasy planet in the shape of an irregular cube. It is the center of the composition and is surrounded by outer space, in which there are stars and swirling clouds, angels and a translucent staircase to the sun. Figures running down the stairs carry torches lit from the sun. The whole world is moving thanks to their expression, running in a circle. At the same time, a separate group consists of mothers who play music and their children — they are outside the planet. According to the author, that was a poem by Juan Jimenez about hazy purple angels who turn on green stars. This painting inspired Jimenez himself, as well as Garcia Lorca and others go to Valladolid to greet the aspiring artist personally.
