About the painting: The sence of the surrealistic painting is understood, even if you do not look at its name. Some character gets into a dimly lit tunnel, from which there is no way out. Obviously, that is a fragmentarily depicted woman. However, after looking and seeing a thin thread, with which this object is connected to the ceiling, the viewer can suppose that this is just a piece of fabric warning about a dead end. This seems even truer, as the object of anxious violet color is connected with the floor by the same thread. The artist chose rarely used combination of blurred brown and violet palettes.
