Like in his other paintings, the artist depicted s human figures without drawing facial features. Famous Argonaut heroes look gigantic and athletically built compared to their swimming facility. Just like all figures of Nikos, these characters have incredibly thin waists. The plot is close to modern times due to the presence of such details as sunglasses and a smoking cigarette. The colours of the sea and sky are intense and bright, but do not interfere with each other. Working with one paint, the artist created volume and perspective, dimming and brightening the primary colour.
