Conceptual architecture

description

Architecture, the principles of which are based on conceptualism. It is not the building itself that is important, but certain ideas (most often these are texts). This style was first described in the text “Notes on Conceptual Architecture: For a Definition” by architect Peter Eisenman in 1970.

Representatives of the movement: Bernard Tschumi, Peter Eisenman, Rem Koolhaas, Elisabeth Diller and Ricardo Scofidio.
