PVC, steel.
Located in Paris, France.
The artist first demonstrated the huge construction made of a dense textile membrane stretched over metal supports at the premises of the Grand Palace in Paris. The installation is designed so that viewers have the opportunity to go inside it, where they will find themselves in a confined space, as if in the belly of a huge whale. The membrane dark on the outside seems to be blood red inside; this causes the realistic feeling of being inside a living creature. According to the idea of the artist, being inside the construction, a person should feel himself in another dimension and feel himself a part of a single organism.
