Little sculpture

The surrealistic sculpture of only 18 centimeters at its highest point can also be related to abstract visual art. The soft stone allowed the master to perform virtuoso twists and roundings, to make several relief notches and significant indentations, to leave voids. The fantasy mollusk (the first impression of the sculpture) takes on new interesting outlines from various angles. It is sometimes regarded as a three-part composition or even as a multi-figure design with a mysterious plot.
