The art of Brignoni, even the works that are purely surreal, is based on processes occurring in nature. Even at the first stage, during his stay in Berlin, and in the early Parisian period, his paintings and sculptures reflect nature, understood as a complex of all living forces. The theme of the landscape in sculpture is infrequent, and the dynamic and complex vocabulary of plots intrigues the viewer, as does the title of the work. The artist took advantage of the “proposal” of the plant world, which gives a wide opportunity to experiment, to place stylistic and semantic accents.
