The Constructivist art is very geometric and rarely emotional since it is most often associated with complete abstraction. The subject of the image is simple; the artist’s task is to convey the basic elements of the composition – the choice of forms, the arrangement of lines, the general organization of space, colour solutions. Sometimes texture matters, but this criterion is not always applied. A comprehensive description of the proun is the characteristic of one of the Western art critics: “Geometric abstract art, characterized by a high level of technical and mathematical perfection”.
