description

Mediums: oil, canvas.
Location: The Museum of Modern Art Aalborg (Denmark).

Briefly about the painting:

Referring to the mythological theme, the comprehensively educated artist interprets them very originally. The antique god, as it should be according to the myth, is depicted as two-faced, and those faces cannot see each other. However, according to Freddie, they developed a form of communication – it became possible thanks to the multiple long limbs of the creature. It makes it look like a strange spider. The legs of Janus, though placed in different directions, can bypass the dangers depicted in the form of sharp red triangles. The possible interpretation of the plot: “I always agree with myself.”
