In the post-war work of Glebova, religious themes often began to appear. Having rethought the essence of the Christian faith for herself, the artist expressed her unique vision of people’s spirituality and their inextricable connection with God. She believed that “artists can save their souls and souls of other people with their paintings, because by combining the spiritual with the material, they connect the two principles in life and purify the earthly things from heaven”. At the same time, Tatyana Glebova’s paintings became more vivid, dynamic and emotionally saturated.
