The master created a series of expressive paintings on the theme of the urban landscape. Urban view is changed beyond recognition. Only the outlines of houses with windows at the bottom of the canvas “hint” at the theme of the painting. In the artist’s mind, geometric compositions mark the premonition of chaos, the inevitability of destruction, the deformation of the world.
