Briefly about the painting:

Throughout her career, the artist turned to topics depicting the life of a remote village. The square canvas offers the viewer a rural landscape of an almost patriarchal era: an old house with darkened walls and a warped roof is located in the forest; in front of it, there is a high woodpile and freely walking domestic animals. The two main characters are the same person. The city dweller that has fallen literally like snow on the heads of local citizens is surprised at everything. In the described interior, a lady in a fashionable swimsuit looks like a strange creature, it is not for nothing that her body is depicted in marble white, like a statue, and genuine amazement is reflected on her face.
