The structure was built from a wide variety of materials: concrete, glass, wood and marble. The giant bird seemed to freeze over the surface of the lake, opening its openwork wings. This motive fascinates the architect, and he repeats it in different variations. Abstract wings are equipped with a mechanism that sets them in motion when needed. The metal folding wings are equipped with sensors that track the direction of sunlight and wind speed. This mechanism protects the exhibits from direct sunlight. The pavilion is also connected to the city by a suspension bridge spanning over 60 meters. The bridge symbolizes the extroversion of the museum and represents its connection to the city.
