Built on the basis of an unfinished Art Deco building;
The used diagonal grid made it possible to increase the distance between the supports, remove corner columns and arrange free planning;
Recycled metal was used;
Use of environmentally friendly materials and innovative technologies;
The glass facade is formed from triangular panels.
